Patrick Sheehan
Principal of the firm and a full member of the SCSI and RICS. Graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1992. Having worked for Sherry Fitzgerald and a number of other auctioneering firms, he set up Independent Valuations in 2002. He determined that there was an opening for a firm which gave genuine independent valuations with no affiliations.

Avril Scanlan
Joined Independent Valuations in 2003 and is an Associate of the SCSI and RICS. Primarily looking 
after all new homes valuations and organising snagging and structural surveys

Myles Fleeton
A qualified Civil Engineer and also an Associate of SCSI and RICS.

Aine Scanlan
Qualified in Industrial Purchasing and joined Independent Valuation in 2003 to look after all scheduling of valuations, general office administration and purchasing.

Sean Collett
Joined Independent Valuations in 2007 and is a General Manager looking after accounts. Student Associate SCSI completing year 4

Since we began, we have been 
recognized for our strength in

court for family law disputes as a 
professional witness on several 
occasions.

We supply certified valuations for 
transfer of title.
