HSE Fair Deal 

The nursing home fair deal scheme requires that a property valuation be included with the application. Here at Independent Valuations we keep intrusion down to a minimum and can complete the valuation within 24 hours. Older people still living in their homes can be very put out by the intrusion of a valuation however after 15 years experience we are adept at quickly valuing properties with the minimum of fuss.
